WHY WE SHOULD EAT FRUITS VEGETABLES AND FRUITS.


Eating and drinking is indispensable things for human life. Different from animals, human can eat everything such as meat, vegetables, fruit, fish… However they can eat everything, they must be careful what should they eat. Generally every scientist has different opinion about human nutrition. In my opinion human should be often prefer to eat vegetables and fruits. I have some reason for this claim. First of all, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables can help you heart disease and stroke, control blood pressure and cholesterol, prevent some types of cancer, avoid a painful intestinal ailment called diverticulitis, and guard against cataract and macular degeneration, two common causes of vision loss. For example, if you eat regularly vegetables and fruits everyday, your cholesterol is decrease the normal level and you can protect your hearth. Second of all, fruits and vegetables contain different kind of vitamins. That’s why you can take vitamins whenever you eat this and you can protect your body to illness. All the experiment show that eating fruit and vegetables prevent to health problems. Thirdly, eating vegetables is decrease to obesity risk and prevent to fatness. If you eat fruit and vegetables everyday, you do not need any diet or something else. In conclusion, according to this reason eating vegetables and fruist are extremely important for human health.
