LEGAL SYSTEM IN TURKEYEvery country has a different type of legal system. I wan to mention about Turkish legal system and its parts. Turkish legal system includes some parts such as lawyers, judge and prosecutor. All suits judge in the law court. Firstly, judge open the suit at this time everyone has to stand up in the court. According to Turkish constitution, defendant and suitor have to have one lawyer. If they have not money for bring lawyers, Turkish government brings lawyers for them. After judge’s speech, prosecutor wants to listen defendant and suitor. During this process, lawyer can ask some question and say something about suit. At the end of the court, judge ask defendant do you want to add something about this suit. Finally, judge decide the suit and explain his decision to court and suit is finished. After that if defendant or suitor do not like this decision, they can apply the upper court.
