Importance of Exercise

There are three reasons for exercising. The first reason is good for health. If you do exercise regularly, you can have a strong heart and lung. For example, runner never get heart attack. The second reason is appearance. Nowadays, people want to be thin and pretty. For example, if they do exercise to strength their muscle and keep their body under weight control, you can get good body shape. In addition, when you do your daily exercise, your self confidence will be increase and you feel better. The final reason is relaxation. During the exercise, you feel comfortable and calm. For instance, you forget the things that you worried about. Moreover, when you do exercise, you spend enjoyable time such as playing sport.
